What changes have been made to the domestic cricket?

Last year, Sri Lankan cricket board made major changes in domestic cricket. The biggest change in Tire 'A' is to recognize tire 'B' cricket clubs and first-class cricket. Earlier in Sri Lanka, there were 14 first class-tires 'A' level clubs and 9 tire 'B' level clubs. However, Psl schedule and teams 2018 after the change from Sri Lanka's board, the number of first class level clubs has reached 23. Regarding these changes, Sri Lanka Bugigues and Chairman of Cricket Board, Tilya SamtaPalala said that the tire 'B' level club financial situation in the country is very bad. Some of their players do not have enough money to provide necessary facilities. Due to this, the players of those clubs were running from big clubs. Their first class is just recognized to raise their level. At the same time, it was argued that by dividing the clubs in zone zones tournament, it would make it better than talent.
